River Mountain Estates: Located in the far southeast part of the valley, in the City of Henderson.  This is a quite small community of manufactured homes.  When you purchase a home here, you buy the home and the land it sets on. Many of the homes have RV parking and some have garages. This community is very clean and well kept. There's no pool or community center but the association fee is a very low $23.00 a month.
