Los Prados: This retirement community offers guard gated golf course neighborhood and is more moderately priced than most active adult neighborhoods in the Las Vegas valley. Located in the northwest side of town, Los Prados has both a family section and an age restricted neighborhood. The golf course is a public fun-to-play 18 hole executive course and many of the homes offer great views of it. Plus there are two pools, a recreation center and tennis courts.
